We take modern media for granted. Television, computers, games, mobile phones. When the electronic media we use daily begins to malfunction and demonstrate a will of it's own, we become apprehensive. Media anxiety dates back to the 1960s, and is examined through modern media with films such as The Ring and peculiar glitches in videogames. (Hyper Magazine #233)
